Cecillia Siegel

I have been sailing small boats since I was small. Recently, my dad bought a Catalina 22′ and we have been sailing that for a couple of years now. This year I also joined the competitive sailing team at Texas A&M Galveston. I have skippered for two regattas with them and crewed for one on the 420s. I am looking for a way to stay active in the race scene over the summer.

Christopher Lattin

Have owned 3 boats over 8 years. Mostly cruising, but also participated in about 30 races (including informal, round-the-buoy type fun races).

Very much a novice, but am eager to learn. Will be taking ASA 101 in early January. Have been sailing 4-5 times only.

Melanie Benson

Steve Ross

Carol Whitaker

I sailed small sailboats every summer as a teenager, Mirrors and Hobie Cats. Have crewed on and off since then. Certified Divemaster, avid open water swimmer, so comfy in/on/around the water.

Campbell McNeill

Around 30 years racing and cruising from lasers to offshore on 50ft yachts.
Not sailed in Texas but sailed in all weathers in Scotland and Ireland.
I’m a tall guy so might be a bit large for some smaller boats.

David Cole

I’ve raced in the Chesapeake Bay for the past three years on a Melges 24, but I have experience on other keelboats. I mostly was a bowman, but I can trim the jib and spinnaker or be rail meat. I’ve participated in Charleston Race Week on the Melges and have done some collegiate regattas on FJs/420s. I’m competent and want to continue learning and improving my sailing.

Jim Meyer

Very little experience, but I have a great attitude. I’m a new member and I’ve been sailing for only a few years.

Sebastien Laroche

Sailed in college at UF (FJs and 420); used to own a 21 foot sailboat O’Day.
