Please indicate if phone number is being deleted, added, or changed. For work and cell phone numbers, indicate the name of the person to whom the number belongs.

Change to minor children

Please indicate any changes to the number of minor children in your household. Include child's name, current age and birth year. Minor children are listed in the directory through the year they turn 21.

Boats

List any changes to the boats that you own, including any that you have sold and/or purchased. If sold/purchased to or from a club member, please provide that information. Please specify brand of boat & length, sail number and boat name. Only boats that are used at Canyon Lake will be listed in the LCYC Fleet Roster.
